Showing Requested Item Attachments on the Catalog Task Form

Sometimes you need to see an attachment that was added to a requested item while you are on the catalog task form. I think the cleanest solution is to create a Defined Related List . This way you do not have to copy the attachments onto the individual catalog task records. This is how you do it:
1. Create a new Relationship record (System Definition \ Relationships)
2. Personalize the Catalog Task form by adding the new "Requested Item Attachments" related list. Now you'll have an always up-to-date list of the attachments on the Requested Item record while viewing any catalog task:
It is currently running on the demo10 instance. I've also attached the XML export for the Relationship record so you can just import it into your instance (just removed the "_.txt" extension).
