How to update Change Request Approval Summarizer fields

Hi Everyone,

I've been searching earlier on how to add fields or columns in Change Request Approval summarizer and found no results.

So here are just simple steps to add fields in the Change Request Approval Summarizer.

  1. Open an existing change record
  2. Right Click context menu > View > Select Approval
  3. Right Click context menu > Configure > Select Form Layout
  4. Then add the fields you wan to be reflected in the Change Request Approval Summarizer

You can directly go to step 3 and select view as Approval
