hi guys my name is Pranav I am a technical consultant at cloves Inc so in this video we'll see integration between ServiceNow and telegram application so let's move into the ServiceNow instance so I went to the ServiceNow instance now this is my developer instance so let me just click on the create new incident and I'll quickly fill the collar and a short description so so I'll just fill this now as soon as I submitted just see we'll get one notification from Telegraph so you can just see that we got one notification and the notification says that incident number I&C double zero one zero hundred with short description test is created so click on the link to view the incident so once we click on this link it will open the incident in the ServiceNow instance so that is integration between ServiceNow and telegram application in my next video I'll take this integration to a new level so that we can make it a two-way integration so stay tuned for it and if you like this video just click on the like button and subscribe to my youtube channel the link will be in the description and thank you for watching and have a nice day
