hi guys my name is Hana and I hope you are all doing great so in this video I'll just give you a demo of a Google Chrome extension that I just built for service now first I'll give you a demo then I'll explain you the business use case of that extension so let's jump into service now so firstly you see I'm into the Google Chrome browser right and on top you might be seeing this extension button so it says no Chrome extension so when I click on this you are able to see we have two con one is the quick case and one is my HR cases so if I just give the name as able like if I'll just give a demo name anyone and I just put short description as general in query and when I click on this create case so it will create a case for us into ServiceNow so let's copy the case number and I'll go into the HR cases I'll just refresh the list and you see the HR case is just created now with short description as general inquiry and the service is also general inquiry so now let's go back to the extension so now if I click on this and I switch the tab to my HR cases you are able to see all the HR cases that are assigned to me so if I click on this case that I just created general inquiry one so it will open in a new tab you can see it just opened that edge our case for us so that's pretty much it about the demo so coming to the business use case now so generally what happens in an organization is a lot of times employees just directly walking to the HR to ask their queries they don't use the email or other thing to connect with a charges they just directly walk into the HR so this extension helps them in creating quick cases without even login into ServiceNow as I just showed you in the demo plus they can also view their cases that are assigned to them and by just clicking the number they can go to the backend view of the case we were taken modify the HR case accordingly so I'm also enhancing this extension so that it can work with CSM IDs m and even asset management so I hope you'll like that also guys that's it for the video and I hope you enjoyed it thank you for watching let me know your thoughts in the comments and if you want me to create a tutorial for it just let me know in the comments and do share this video thank you guys happy learning bye
