Rename an Instance in the HI Service Catalog
This video describes how to request an instance rename. This video touches on and configuring SSO to consider the new name of your ServiceNow instance, email settings, as well as the policy around character limits and naming of your instance. The roles required to perform the actions in this video are customer, customer_admin, partner or partner_admin.
