To provide a more flexible and globally accessible testing experience, ServiceNow University is transitioning from the Webassessor (WA) exam platform to Pearson VUE on November 18, 2025.

From November 1–17, 2025, registration and voucher claiming in Webassessor will pause.

If you plan to test before the transition, claim and schedule your exam in Webassessor by October 31.

If you intend to test after November 17, no action is required on your part, simply wait until the transition is complete, and you’ll be able to schedule and take your exam seamlessly on Pearson VUE starting November 18.
