Abstract:

After successfully implementing a paper-based project management framework, it was decided to automate the process. Given a tight schedule, fixed budget and limited resources, we have successfully implemented ServiceNow's Project Portfolio Management software. This session discusses the "good, bad and ugly" of this fast-paced implementation at the U.S. House of Representatives.
