Abstract:

Red Robin is one of North America's best casual dining restaurant chains, with more than 500 locations across the United States and Canada. The company used ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to automate its auditing processes, replacing unwieldy spreadsheets and emails with seamless end-to-end workflows.

In this session, Red Robin will describe how they have dramatically streamlined auditing, with their internal audit team spending 70% less time managing audits, since starting to use ServiceNow. They will discuss the roadmap and milestones, how the company has been successful and how they are building on this momentum, using ServiceNow in a broad set of other applications, including creating a self-service portal for all of their restaurants' support needs — ranging from IT support through to cash operations and even ordering custom beers.
