Abstract:

Over the last two years, the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) team at Johnson & Johnson has undergone key transformations to re-design a more complete, less complex and more agile CMDB that can scale to meet dynamic enterprise IT asset data needs.

In this session, they will share information about a new auto discovery capability, federation/rationalization of CMDB data, upgrading the ServiceNow footprint and integrations to their on-premise and virtual private cloud environments.
