Abstract:

Too many spreadsheets are used to track IT costs. In this session, learn how Nielsen transitioned from spreadsheets to tracking allocation and replacement costs with IT Cost/Financial Management. They will explain how they use rate cards to associate expense lines with CMDB CI's, manage scalable rate cards, and demonstrate how those costs can be easily reported.
