Which year of Knowledge was your favorite, and why?

Knowledge 13. I had the honor of hosting a breakout session to a packed audience. I also participated in the first ServiceNow Hackathon, pitched to Frank Slootman, and won. Two product versions later, our app idea was integrated into the platform.

Which activity do you look forward to most at Knowledge? (Pre-con, CreatorCon, Keynote...)

Fred Luddy's keynote can't be missed. His passion and vision is what makes ServiceNow more than just a job for me. I also always participate in the Hackathon. No better opportunity to learn some crazy stuff quickly.

But in between those events, my favorite activity is networking. I can fill a conference just talking with customers. If you go to pre-con training, remember: Glenn Pinto is also a magician.

There is no skill more valuable in the ServiceNow space than being able to tell a story.

Do you have any advice for first time attendees, on how they could get the best out of Knowledge?

• Don't obsess about finding the perfect schedule before you go. There's always a valuable conversation to be had, somewhere.
• Take time to go through the expo hall and talk to a variety of vendors.
• If you work with the tool at all, attend the Hackathon, even if you don't think you're a developer.
