How are you preparing for Knowledge16?

Mainly I am doing crunches and a few lunges… wait, plenty of rest and brushing up on my programming skills!

What are you most looking forward to at Knowledge16?

· I am really excited for the condensed training the lectures and labs offer. Learning about best practices from industry leaders will save us time as we adopt more modules within the platform.

What information or resources on Knowledge do you get from ServiceNow Community?

I have not really leveraged the community for information about Knowledge. I am going to log in now
