***What are you most looking forward to at Knowledge16?*

I have planned to attend CreatorCon and Breakout sessions, so want to gain insight and knowledge about the functionality I am not much familiar with. Also want to meet and network with sponsors and exhibitors.

I am also interested in visiting HackZone/HackLabs.

How are you preparing for Knowledge16?

I have prepared a list of items which I would like to learn more about, so will be discussing those during sessions.

What information or resources on Knowledge do you get from ServiceNow Community?

I regularly visit Community site to look for updates related to Knowledge. Most information I get is from Knowledge page on Servicenow.com

I would appreciate if you can provide some insight about the sessions and general information regarding Knowledge conference I should be on the lookout for.
