Article - Add New Walk-Up Reason and Associate with Queue from Agent Mobile

This is a Agent Mobile Application which allows Walkup Admins/Walkup Managers to easily manage entire walkup management on mobile apps. This is a applet which allows :

  1. Create a walkup reason in wu_reason table.
  2. Associate the newly added walkup reason to a walkup queue.

My purpose through these apps is to make walkup management handy for Walkup admins/Walkup managers because walkup management is very dynamic and queues / reasons may need to be updated in a short span of time. For example "Away message" may need to be updated urgently due to some unforeseen circumstances in an organization or a new reason may need to be added due to any outage in organization.
