2020 has been a tough year for many people, but that doesn't mean good things didn't happen. You did a ton! We can actually see our numeric impact on certain things in the ServiceNow world.
Now I know numbers aren't a complete story, especially viewed out of context. You have to dig deeper to get to the true meaning, but I found this to be a fun exercise nonetheless.
What impact have you had on your ServiceNow instance this year? All time? All disparate instance sets (that you still have access to)? (e.g. different paths, not dev, test, prod of the same instance set)
- Navigate to the instance metatdata table: sys_metadata.list
