Madrid delta certifications were released today (woooo!)

For the CSA delta you should be aware that there are questions regarding the new Now Platform subscription model, documented here:

If you have not done so already, I recommend you read that post and view the associated training video before you take the CSA delta, it was a bit of a surprise to see those questions for me!
