Your new company Prestigious university based in central London is seeking to recruit a ServiceNow Consultant for a key project taking place to re-implement and integrate ServiceNow across the university.

Your new role

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Development
• ServiceNow Administration
• ServiceNow technical solution design (high-level design and low-level design)
• ServiceNow support

What you'll need to succeed

Essential Requirements:
* Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and ServiceNow Administration
* Experience in ServiceNow technical solution design (high level design and low-level design)
* Good knowledge/experience in ServiceNow platform best practices (Architecture, design, development and maintenance) for ensuring the ServiceNow platform is supportable, upgradeable and maintainable
* Experience in ServiceNow Implementation, Remediation, Reengineering and Upgrade projects
* Experience working in ServiceNow projects delivered via Agile methodologies/techniques
* Experience working in a fast-paced delivery (time-boxed monthly releases)
* Experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow portals, service catalogue/requests, orchestration, ITSM modules, CMDB, Business services, Integrations, workflows and orchestration
* Experience in developing custom business applications and scoped applications
* Experience in service portal User experience (UX) design and implementation
* Experience in ServiceNow mobile/tablet user interface design and implementation
* Experience in providing ServiceNow support (BAU)
* Wider experience in multiple ServiceNow products/solutions beyond ITSM modules
* Experience in ServiceNow "team development" solution (to support parallel development on multiple, non-production ServiceNow instances)
* ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation specialist and Certified Application Developer)
* Adaptability to work in cross-functional ServiceNow activities in a multi-skilled Agile team

Nice to have Requirements:

• Experience in ServiceNow domain separation
• ITIL certifications
