Abstract:

In this session we will build a Google Sheets IntegrationHub Spoke.

The main advantage of bringing Google Sheets into Flow Designer is that customers can still use the spreadsheet(s) they know, but under the governance of a ServiceNow based process. e.g. a retailer wants to operate a very flexible discount model. The discount model can remain in a spreadsheet but the input and output (!) are stored within ServiceNow.
