Attend this session to learn about likely problems that may arise from over-customization in ServiceNow. We'll review a number of best practices for successfully implementing beyond out-of-box functionality that won’t lead to headaches in the future. Then we'll draw from some successful customization examples on the core platform, and also from the ServicePortal.
