Scoped applications are the best of both worlds for business divisions like global real estate and facilities. Deploying a scoped app for Facilities Work Order and Asset Management (Nuvolo) allowed Fiserv to leverage ServiceNow as the tool for engagement while maintaining their flexibility and ability to configure the application to their unique business needs.
