Abstract:

Cognizant is the largest card processing company globally. One of their biggest challengesproblem statements was how managing a heterogeneous cloud environment with different systems creates delays in delivery, consumes excessive time in remediating orders, and provides limited visibility. Ultimately, this lead to poor accountability to business. So Cognizant proposed a solution leveraging ServiceNow Cloud Management to streamline the enterprise delivery process, adoption of hybrid cloud strategy, and simplification of the user experience In this session, Cognizant will share how they've managed a multi-cloud environment consistently and efficiently, and ensured compliance and security using Cloud Management. This helped teams to manage their cloud activities and cost usage of the cloud provider.
