User groups and views

Hello,Apologies if this is not the proper category for this post.I just started a new IT rol in a company, We are working on Servicenow(new for me) the first thing that I have noticed, is that my view of the service now is different from that of the end users.I can create filters and templates but they can only read and write. Can someone tell me where to look to change this?
