ServiceNow Developer

Service Now Experience should include scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment.
Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good experience for implementing systems using the Agile/ Scrum methodology
Should have good working experience with ITSM tools is plus
Good understanding of web based Application Architectures and Application interfaces
Proficiency in client side and server side Scripting but not limited to:
* Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies and UI Actions
- Data Policies
- Script Includes
- Import sets
- UI Pages and Macros
- Record Producers
- Update Sets
- Workflows
- List views
- Forms
- ACLs
- Users and Groups
- Inbound actions
- Notifications
- Email layouts and Templates
- Upgrades
Proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, MySQL
Hands on experience in SQL
Hands on Scripting Experience
Expertise in third-party application integration and Service Oriented Architecture.
Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform including Custom UI Pages and content in the CMS.
Experience with Service Portal is a plus
Experience in configuring CMDB is a plus
ITIL/ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage
ITIL V3 foundation certification is an Add-on.
Experience with upgrades/ multiple versions is plus
Experience with ServiceNow implementation is plus.
Ideal candidate should have good design knowledge and be willing to research new solutions based on the requirements.
Creating technical design document and writing Unit test cases

Experience & Background:

Minimum 18 months of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow.
