To set the user expectation about the Virtual Agent scope, the "Show Me Everything"-button displays all of the topics that Virtual Agent can do:

Once a topic is published, you will be able to see the topic in the "Show Me Everything"-list.

In some cases, you want to hide some of the topics. For example, when the list is long. To do that, open the table `sys_cs_topic,` and find the topic record by searching for the topic name. In our case, we want to remove the "Submit a request"-topic and set the field "Is Topic Visible" to false.

After updating the record, you can confirm that the topic is not visible anymore by refreshing the Virtual Agent widget and open the "Show Me Everything"-list:

As you can see, the topic "Submit a request" is not visible in the list anymore. However, it's still active and discoverable by the user utterance to request an item.
