Would you like to get feedback on your ServiceNow mobile app design?

This is a 30 minute usability review of your ServiceNow mobile app with product managers and designers from the mobile platform team. This session is specifically to provide configuration and UI advice for Now Mobile, and Agent application (ServiceNow's new mobile platform for Madrid and New York versions).

Agenda:

  • Demonstrate your application (or share invision prototypes)
  • Walk through the user persona and goals for the app
  • Discuss potential improvements suggested by ServiceNow team.

Topics that will NOT be covered/supported in these sessions:

  • Classic app
  • Debugging/Troubleshooting
  • Scripting customizations
  • Roadmap or feature requests

Book a time to meet with the team

Note: This is a limited engagement opportunity. The scope of this session is solely limited to providing feedback and guidance on how you can better layout and configure your application. Our preference is that you have already built this app, and are actively testing or deployed this experience with your employees. If you are in the planning stages of your application development then we can accept reviewing a screen by screen prototype. In order to fully understand your workflow there may need to be some offline follow-up on recommendations for layout improvements.
