some paths we talked about the why on off-boarding it's super important but there's a lot of complexity behind the scenes too when an employee leaves a company I know from an IT standpoint for cyber we have to make sure all the access is cut off so they don't have you know can't get the company information you know accounts are shut off information is collected I know finance as travel cards well sure you have a lot of that in your world too absolutely I think through technology what happens is that once you trigger this event you can be more thoughtful about all those various components across that ecosystem as well as care for the employee and their family so think about their benefits their Cobra their expenses have they submitted them did they get reimbursed in the right way do they have anything that is theirs that we should be aware of and/or handing off of information and data to somebody else it's going to take on their or future responsibilities so I think we can not only help them exit gracefully and take care of them and their family we can also turn around and help the remaining work force take on this additional work and/or transfer to somebody else while protecting the company yeah absolutely it's again one of those big moments that matter to the employee the company as well as a manager and making that as smooth as possible for all stakeholders is super important [Music]
