How to Create field service work groups?

image 01. Navigate to >> System Security > Groups
image 02. Click New.
image 03. Fill in the fields on the form, as appropriate. See for an explanation of each field in docs.
image 04. Click the lock (image) icon beside the Type field. If the field is not visible, configure the form to add it.
image 05.Click the reference lookup (lookup icon) icon and select the [application] type.
image 06. Select what you need wm_dispatch wm_qualification wm_vendor wm_work
image 07. Add the [application]_admin or [application]_staff role to the Roles related list.
image 08. Add users to the Group Members related list.
image 09. set the location(s) for Group Group in FSM Example
image 10. Click Save.
FOR USERs
image A. >> Territories > Users,
B. select user
image C. Locations covered
image D. Edit
image E. Select location, move items.
image F. Save
image G. Results

obs: It's needed latitude and Longitude from cmn_location, see more define location.
