• Development experience in BMC Helix ITSM Modules (IM , SRM, PM, CM, SLM)
• Experience in BMC Helix on-premise container-based setup
• Development experience in DWP Catalogs
• Helix Dashboard experience
• Good understanding of configuring the Foundation Data
• Development experience on Integrations
• Knowledge of Oracle DB
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
