Key Responsibilities / Required Qualifications / Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Helix Operations Management version 11 and later
• Experience in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Support of BMC Helix Operations Management
• Strong understanding of Event Management concepts.
• Experience in integrations between TrueSight with other 3rd party products for data & events.
• Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle and other components as per requirement
• Hands-on Experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight OM
• Experience in Configuring events using MRL/BAROC as per requirement
• Experience in Analyzing environment and event data to fine tune and reduce event counts
• Ability to generate performance and capacity reports and provide solution
• Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components
• Experience working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments
• Work closely with application teams to provide solutions across various requirements & problems.
