hi this is Paul Gruber glidepath consulting today I'm gonna run through a brief overview of the emergency outreach application Lester has not recently released in response to a lot of the coronavirus situation that's been going on throughout the world so this is a great application that is currently free make sure there's no store and you can install it and configure it to help out with sending out mass communications to your employees and getting feedback on how are they're doing so as you can see here that has its own application here so we say send notification we can quickly set up email based on a group of users locations you know groups within your service now platform or even by Department and then you can filter it down with a condition so let's just say you know we're going to send it to myself for now you come to the content configuration and you can quickly put in your information here and you can have a little bit more about the email body they also offer the push notifications if they have you guys use the mobile app so you can go ahead and save this and then you can see here at the bottom and the top you can see this UI action here we can go ahead and send a notification out and that'll trigger out the notification to everyone in your target audience here as you can see here it sent it off to myself and it has not been acknowledged and there's no health status so I can show one that I sent off earlier today you can see this one went to a couple people and you can see here that I actually acknowledged it I came back I have symptoms of a fever cough and sore shortness of breath so if you actually open up this record you can get all the details I responded via email this is what I responded with and it's been acknowledged you get a kind of baseline of how your employees are doing throughout you know currently the corona virus or anything in the future just have them acknowledging that they retrieved the email or the push notification so a lot of different options that can be taking a bit and this is just an example here of what an email clip potentially look like this cams pretty much what the application we just did a quick check out of the logo but they basically have links in here for you to click that one automatic generator you know back into the platform for them to kind of for them to tally up you know how people are feeling if they're there showing symptoms you know they're starting to show symptoms or they have no symptoms so it's a great application to service on came over this morning if you like to get more information you're going to look down below in the description and don't forget to Like and subscribe to the glass fast YouTube channel thank you [Music]
