good day I'm Michael Barney with fair coat I'll be doing a quick overview of the emergency exposure management application after user is self-reported themselves as being possibly infected you can switch over to the emergency management tool to see if other employees were possibly impacted to do that just navigate to your ServiceNow instance search for emergency exposure management and click create new from here you'll be able to use location and if your organization uses office 365 you can use outlook meetings to just set your date parameters select which user was affected their information will auto-populate and save from here if I was using office 365 the meetings that Alex Rea was involved in will populate and all of my list will populate accordingly also because I do not i can add the impacted users here manually Loreena recently collaborated with alex you know add a second user Adam the appropriate lists populate for all impacted users impacted their collaborations such as a meeting or impacted through location such as the employee break room from here you can download the report it'll come out as an excel file like so after you see who's been impacted you can use the emergency outreach application to notify users who may have also been exposed don't forget to Like and subscribe thank you [Music]
