where asset management we can manage our SAS licenses in the left side we see multiple cloud vendors and they can all be connected to servers now Sam in this example we're gonna connect D suite using the Google Cloud console so we need to have access to the Google Cloud console to create credentials besides that it's really important to follow all the steps outlined at the documentation site which I have opened here this is based on the Orlando relief and from here we can click to the console and the first step is to create a new project after we have created our project we need to be sure to switch over to it once it's created to be in the right scope and then the next step is to fill in some details of the project steps are all described in the topside so over here we need to add scopes for the api's and they are here in the dark side and the easiest way to do so is to copy all these URLs control-c and paste them over here and click Add and they are all added at once our authorized domain let's have a quick look what the next step is we are going to create the alt client idea let's use this URL as an example change the instance name so now let's take a look in the docs what the network steps are we need to create add a few api axis enable a few api's so that's in the library and I'm gonna copy this screen two times so that I can easily enable all three of them all right so and now we're gonna go back to the ServiceNow instance so and we're gonna create a new profile over here and now we need to go to our credentials and copy the details client ID client secret and now we're going to click the go out token we need to confirm all required access and now basically we are done it automatically fires the scheduled jobs to get the data and it is the first is already completed and the second as well obviously this is just my personal Google cloud environment so I don't really have users over there but if I go to the user subscription you see that the two users that I do have are pulled in and it is recognized that they have the subscription for Google Apps and if I open one of them because of the email that is linked to my user account it is also linked to my user record so no dashboards or other fancy inside in this demo but you can see it's really easy to set up the integration and this is an example of G suite but it is as simple with the other profile such as office 365 soon and all the others that there are so I hope this helps thank you very much
