1) Present at a SNUG event- either face to face or virtually, deliver a 30-minute presentation on a best practice from your company. This is a great way to share what you have learned during your ServiceNow journey and get exposure for your company and yourself within the community!

Do you have a best practice related to Covid-19? Other companies are eager to learn best practices across all industries during this trying time. Please consider sharing this important content with other SNUG Members!

2) Host a SNUG meeting. When face to face meetings resume, offer to have the meeting at your company location. ServiceNow will arrange and pay for any facility and catering expenses associated with the event.

3) Share your knowledge about and passion for ServiceNow by participating as a SNUG Leader or Steering Committee Member. You will help plan the meetings including helping to drive the agenda and make suggestions to improve the content and experience
