I moved from Columbia to the US and then I met my dog partner it was kind of a move for love and part of the statistics I'm not the exception and others yeah during my time in college I gave back to a philanthropy called Dance Marathon so that for me kind of just ignited the passion of giving back I played hockey since I was 11 years old and I'm very passionate about the sport and I coach the junior teams I have an autistic kid so I spend a lot of time outside work doing autism research right now this is a big passion of mine I have a lot of tattoos and the one that means the most to me is a portrait of my father a lot of the things that I have on on my right arm speak to the relationship that I had with my father I just love that I talk to so many different people from different backgrounds we are friendly with each other and we always support each other during hard times everyone's really open for conversation and everyone kind of sees the same direction when we sit together we speak freely and we speak up our minds our executive team they're all on board the 20 each and every one of our employees to feel as though ServiceNow is a place for them a place we truly belong and but by longing here they bring their true self to work people actually it's what I like most here just a melting pot of different people different languages we're actually all individuals and we actually have fun we accept each other we work as a team I have never felt so free and accepted just being Who I am you can just be yourself I think that's what's important and it continues to make me very happy to be part of this company [Music] you
