- Do you have any Mock Test?
I am planning to create a FREE mock test soon and will share in the community.
- Concerns about delta exams
As we all know ServiceNow has changed it's recertification process. From London release, ServiceNow has moved to a “delta” program. As a result:
- * If you were certified after January 1, 2017, you only need to take a much shorter delta exam to stay current.
- If you are new to a product line, then you should take the pre-requisite courses and then take the full exam at any time. After that, you will only need to take the delta exam during each subsequent release to stay current.
- If you don't complete a required delta certification, you will have to re-take the full certification exam.
- Delta exam will only be required when a product line contains new features.
- Delta certifications are much shorter with only 5-20 questions and you'll be able to re-take them should you fail one.
- If you are new to a product line, then you should take the pre-requisite courses and then take the full exam at any time. After that, you will only need to take the delta exam during each subsequent release to stay current.
