[Music] [Music] hey everyone Michael Lombardo here from glidepath consulting today I want to give you a demo of the emergency self-report application release from ServiceNow as I mentioned in our previous video ServiceNow just released four new applications to help organizations get their employees back to work obviously one of the main concerns from organizations is employees who are experiencing symptoms from kovat or are diagnosed themselves what we're going to start by looking at is the employee self-report overview dashboard and basically this is where employees are gonna come into the system and actually report their own health status so you can see I can quickly say I'm in quarantine I'm reporting symptoms I'm returning to work or I declined to say so if I go ahead and select that I'm in quarantine you'll see I get a message top thank you voluntarily updating us about your health status visit the latest CDC guidelines so you can see right out of the box we already have a link to the CDC website we also can see what our what the organization looks like at a high level now I'm not going to have access to each individual employees information outside of myself but I can see that the number of symptomatic updates submitted yesterday today the total number of users declining to update their health status and the total number of users reporting the statuses at all I can see which departments are heavily affected by kovin symptoms again I do not have access to the individuals who are having symptoms or any of that information but I can still see high-level which departments are affected this out-of-the-box report will show us how many new users are submitting per day now if I'm a manager we have a nice beautiful dashboard that I'll actually show me myself in my employee tree and how they are effective this is a real-time updated dashboard so you can see if one of my employees let's say Abel reports they are reporting symptoms you can see I immediately get an update now if we just look at some of the system properties that are out of the box with these applications two of the most important ones I think I'm going to show you is the out sick duration in the quarantine duration now obviously different states countries industries have different rules for this but these values is used to determining an approximate approximate for when the employee will be able to return to work the return date value is found in the field estimated start date further customization such as change duration based on region can be made the dictionary entry so we can do overrides as well but if we just want to quickly look at what one of these tasks look like you can see because I was in quarantine I are I was reporting symptoms I had to wait the 18 days until I could come back and save me with Abraham Lincoln so it's automatically gonna tell us when our employees are able to come back based on what they're reporting whether they're reporting symptoms while they're in quarantine and again that's all configurable what's also nice about this data again it's it's synced up to HR so it is data that is safe and protected against people who should not see that even admins system administrators of your ServiceNow environment will not be able to view information about people they do not directly report to them thank you for this demo if you have any further questions please reach out to glide fast that info at Glide fast comm or visit our website glide fast comm thank you very much [Music] [Music]
