[Music] this is Michael Burnie representing fairer code with a walkthrough of workplace safety management this application is to manage workplace distancing scheduled shifts accordingly and sanitation schedules for workplace safety management you'll be presented with a module for it which houses a dashboard configurable to your needs and further administration for managing import sets here and the HTML signing template here we'll get into this lay the main portion of the application is held within the next four modules space administration which allows you to narrow down an area as broad as a region or as specific as a space an inside of each space you can define if it is reservable or not to further enforce social distancing in your organization in the next module you can define a shift underneath the shift management section I'll click all and we can see I've created the swing shift here and I'll define this site campus building and for which swing shift takes place in from there I can add users to the shift like so I can define which spaces would be in use during the shift as well as what tests that I need to take place during this once I have everything defined I can notify the shift owner which will send an email notification to the shift owner and let them know of the actions that took place here from there you can manage spaces by going into the space reservation section I love you all and click into one here and from there you can reserve someone for a space inside of a workplace and set the start and end date and time which they'll occupy the space for our next section I'll go ahead and go down to workplace tasks or view all tasks and I can see that there is one is in the state closed complete and it also has the checklist accomplished I'll go ahead and click sign task here which will bring up our sign tasks module I'll select the check box and draw signature and keep in mind I am logged in as a system administrator for ease of showcase accept and complete which we can see our document is here thank you be sure to LIKE and subscribe
