Create and edit on-call shifts in Service Operations Workspace

let's create and edit a shift in the service operation workspace on the schedules page select create shift here we have several fields and options to work with first we'll give our shift a name we want to ensure we select the appropriate time zone what scheduled to use for the holiday and how long the ship repeats for then we'll choose the date and time for the start and end of the shift now select create shift to finalize your choices if we want to create a new shift using a template the steps are similar select create shift then select use template give the shift a name and choose from the existing shift templates and create the new shift you can edit a shift by right clicking the shift card on the calendar on the side panel select the edit shift icon you can adjust any of the details from when the shift was originally created including setting the shift for all day the starting and ending date and time the repeating frequency and other options under the members tab we can add delete or rename our responder levels we can also choose how often what day of the week and which member to include in the rotation also how long the schedule will run we can also edit this later if we need to when we're satisfied select save and publish to update the schedule
