we're going to navigate through the customer success center and explore some of its many features customer success center is the one-stop shop for content from different servicenow sites including customer success center now community developer site now learning product docs and now support first let's look at the search feature for example if i search for one of our products such as virtual agent i can see content from customer success center from now learning product documentation developer site and others this is great the customer success center is indeed a one-stop shop as you can see here on the right side there are options to filter by products or source and other criteria for example if you want to focus on developer content you can filter for all content from developer site let's go back to customer success center main page and look at different options for navigation we organize content into five sections explore topics where you can find tailored content for specific roles now value where you can find prescriptive resources to support every step in your journey to implement and manage servicenow events which houses an up-to-date list of past and future events and webinars skills is the home of our now creators program and upgrade where you find all resources needed to execute your upgrade projects let's dive into the explore topics section here you will find content that is most relevant for our customers by role we have curated content for five roles administrator developer implementer service owner and business process analyst let's click on one of those roles to show you what we have we will select administrator role and click on get started for administrator we see topics like learn and get certified learn about instance security and health and browse known errors when i click on learn about instance security and health i see a range of content from different sources very similar to what we saw in the search experience there are best practices around planning architecture and security of instances youtube videos links to product documentation and so on this content is refreshed and updated on a regular basis the next thing to highlight is the now value section now value is servicenow's proven methodology to accelerate customer success the now value methodology has four stages which are envision create validate and champion we've organized all of our best practice content under these stages let's look at resources in the envision stage of now value for each stage you will find best practices collected from and vetted by servicenow experts across our customers partners and internal teams each stage will also have one featured resource in this case the value calculator if you scroll down you will find the best practice content which is grouped by topics in this case we organized content into two topics defined vision and outcomes and build implementation roadmap for each topic you'll find our playbooks checklists and quick answers be sure to take a few moments to review each of these valuable pages so you can point customers in the right direction let's look at the create stage of the now value methodology we see the featured resource is the servicenow's now create which provides a prescriptive methodology leading practices and accelerators to help you with servicenow implementations upgrades and more as we scroll down you'll see three topics implement servicenow products manage servicenow and get your organization ready like the envision tab you can also find best practice resources playbooks checklists etc for all of these topics and that's true of every section in the now value part of the site as you can see there is an abundance of information to ensure our customers are successful with their adoption if you want to look at all best practices together at the bottom of the page there are links to see all playbooks checklists or quick answers these are good resources when you're looking for a specific document as you see the customer success center is truly a one-stop shop please explore all of the sections and tabs in order to become comfortable navigating and providing your customers with what they need
