Performance Analytics Scripts offer endless flexibility and allow you to quickly develop new analytics. However, this is not without trade-offs. During the Performance Analytics Academy on August 26, we discussed strategies for successfully replacing common Performance Analytics Scripts to improve performance, maintainability, and to better leverage the ServiceNow Platform.

In the discussion, we reviewed several common use cases for scripts and how to address each one. Some scripts are worse than others so be sure to understand why you are using a Performance Analytics Script and remove it if you can by leveraging one of the recommended strategies.
