Display status update on brownfield resource requests performed from "Resource" tab on cloud user portal.

Currently brownfield / resource operation tab doesn't show the status of request if they are failed. There is no was to know the RITM and its status when performing an operation on brownfield resources via resource tag.

To overcome this, we have implemented a widget that handles this much needed scenario.
