When running IP Discovery over the HP UX Servers, for "HP-UX Secure Shell-A.05.00.023", the authentication failed without any exception or issue so discovery is run without any exceptions. When IP Discovery triggered for "HP-UX Secure Shell-A.07.30.003" then below exception is encountered -

/usr/lib/hpux64/dld.so: Unsatisfied code symbol 'krb5_get_error_message' in load module '/opt/ssh/sbin/sshd'.

Solution:

The issue is due to Kerberos 5 which has to be updated or installed in the host but consulting the HP team with the above message, is preferred. Configuration Parameters enabled for the MID, to get the above information in the mid logs, are mid.log.level, mid.ssh.debug
