Upon upgrade from initial version of Agile/SAFe dashboards, it is observed that Agile/SAFe team dashboard consists of redundant "Group Member" widget. As a result, only of them corresponds to the dashboard filter and the other widget doesn't seem to work as expected.

This behavior is seen only when Agile/SAFe dashboard app is upgraded from the initial release, Whereas in latest OOB release, "Group Members" widget exist only in "Team Members" tab.

To resolve this issue, Please remove the "Group Members" widgets from the first tab by editing the dashboard and make sure that the "Follow interactive filter" of "Group Members" widget is set to true in the Team Members tab.
