ahead and get started and thank you for joining us today all right thank you for joining us today my name is rob miro i will be your host and moderator i am a product owner within servicenow and i.t i'm really excited today to be joined by my friends and colleagues abhishek and rajiv abhishek how about i go ahead and turn it over to you and you introduce yourself hey everyone my name is abhishek i'm a development manager with the csm team here my primary responsibilities are taking care of uh mobile development you know the team does that here and i've also been associated with you know working with communities and you know some csm features so yeah that's what we do awesome and rajiv how about you go ahead and introduce yourself tell us a little about yourself uh yeah thanks uh hi everyone my name is rajiv desol i'm senior software engineer at servicenow i have been uh working with mobile and service portal for quite a long time and yeah i'll be happy to explain how to configure mobiles thank you awesome and really want to go ahead and say uh good morning good evening good afternoon to all of our servicenow community out there in the world today uh this session is our asset expert session uh for now support mobile we're gonna discuss some of our key configurations to help you take your now mobile experience to the next level uh this is actually request from our servicenow community um who are looking for something a bit more detailed outside of our our typical product overview sessions really want to get down into the weeds a bit more in terms of how we're actually leveraging our servicenow platform and specifically how we are utilizing some of our configurations to develop and create amazing experiences here for our customers as well as our community so with that i'm really excited we're about to embark on our next journey with our now support mobile application 2.0 it's uh in alignment with our latest paris release and we're already exploring into the future with regards to our upcoming quebec release so with that really want to go ahead and uh the stars of the show are average jack and reggie today they'll be covering um the various configurations that they make with the mobile platform the evolution of our product set over our past few release cycles and getting in on to the actual configuration components within mobile studio um really looking forward to questions from the community we are here to provide insights on help you with your own journey and answer any questions that you may have with regards to either replicating our configurations uh challenges that you have with your configurations um leveraging the mobile platform at your companies i'm really excited to hear from our peers colleagues and customers out in the servicenow community and out in the world today so with that we'll go ahead and kick off i think what is really kind of exciting is you know during this uh you know kind of troubling time of covid and the pandemic we actually are seeing mobile usage skyrocket around the world so i think you know that's one thing that we can kind of take to heart is it you know our lives are still um mobile uh they're going everywhere with us we're actually on our phones now more than ever we're seeing that across the industry and to that we're really uh looking forward to expanding your experience on our now mobile solution so rasheed why don't you and abashek how about you tell us about some of the configurations we'll be covering and uh discussing today uh yeah uh so uh do you want to go um yeah i can start so um thanks rob for the introduction uh one of the things that you know when you're looking at the mobile device and one of the things that you want to you know cater to when using an enterprise app and mobile is what can i you know which use cases can i you know solve quickly through my mobile and that those are the use cases that we have targeted to make sure that they fit on the mobile app we don't want very complicated use cases we don't want use cases in which you have to you know do like 50 clicks to get to you know solving a problem but then simple things like you know you see a case you can you know just accept or reject a solution maybe a solution was proposed or you might want to add a work note and you know you just want to you know leave a note for the customer support agent who is trying to you know help you with you know with your uh problems so these kind of you know small activities which are more conducive to the you know mobile device itself such uh such kind of scenarios uh are the ones that you know make more sense and those are the ones that we have done now as a part of the you know demo that we are going to give or basically we're going to explain three features to you um as a part of you know offering today we are going to show you uh how to activate your biometrics for a smoother login because you know come on in these days mobiles all mobiles have this uh feature of biometric you know by enabling your fingerprint and so on right so that's the first thing that we'll be talking about uh then we'll move on to you know uh show you a way to you know create campaigns through mobile because the mobile device along on the device itself if there's a way for you to advertise something or you know to show something that you really want to you know spread a message about then that is one thing that you might need to be aware of um and lastly we would want to you know also show you how to enable your virtual agent um to you know provide a more human-like experience for customers uh because um there are use cases that for for which you don't even need to you know create a case or a ticket or something they can be directly you know helped by when you enable the virtual agent all right so i've talked talk too much uh i'll let rajiv you know walk us through a demo and uh maybe he'll start with uh showing you how to activate biometrics so rajiv over to you all right thank you i'll just share my screen sounds good and i i know biometrics is something near and dear to both of us receive we typically have our hands full um carrying our young ones these days so it's really helpful to have uh the phone at the ready where all we need to do is look at it to unlock our application although my phone these days has turned to a very expensive teething toy um really really looking forward to you know how you went about the configuration to enable biometrics because that was one of the key features um our customers have been asking with regards to unlocking the application and having an additional level of security uh for their information all right so can you see my screen okay yes so uh i'm going to use my employing strength so this is a plain fender instance that we have on servicenow and i'm going to use now mobile app that we have that we can be that can be downloaded from app store and i'm going to log into my instance so i'll use this demo user so once you log in uh then we can see the landing page so yeah this is how it looks uh the landing page home screen so the first thing that i'm going to show is uh how to activate the biometrics and mobile and then i'll also how to create a campaign mobile campaign the third thing i'll be showing is how to enable the virtual agent and mobile so the first thing is regarding the activating biometric okay so uh biometric is something uh so it is related to passcode pin or fingerprint so if you go to a security setting then there is already option to enable pin uh that is the optional thing which you can click here to enable that but in case if you want to force all your employee employee to have security pin on your mobile app then there is a way to do that there is a system property i'll just show you that that you have to enable so let's just yeah so once you so by default the value is false for the system property and once you enable this once you make it true then by default all the employees whoever are using this app will require uh the pin to be set up when they are logged in so i'll just log it out and i'll try to log in again and receive and have a check for folks that are new to the mobile platform and more importantly cueing and kind of validating the results uh maybe kind of share a little bit with regards to the the emulator that you're using um you know how you're able to replicate the mobile device experience from your laptop i know that's uh you know something that's you know makes our our lives considerably easier with regards to our qa process maybe want to kind of go into that a little bit with regards to not only making the configuration but then being able to see it in real time right on their screen yeah yes sure we can uh say that all right so this should actually ask for a password i'm displaying my cash and [Music] and i see as well you're using your personal instance so our servicenow community that's out there you know um you have access to our developer portal uh anyone can uh request and get access to a developer instance um you know it's very quick just takes a couple of minutes to help go ahead and have your instance provisioned within that you'll get our latest uh available build um from a public release perspective as soon as you have that you can immediately start uh working and exploring on a platform on your own um you know there are a number of youtube lessons that are available we have our customer success with regards to learning paths so all sorts of information um you know you can ask us directly but also um if you're trying to attempt this at home there are a number of courses um and accessing and building out your own environment really would take you uh just a few minutes to go ahead and start exploring building your own developer journey on servicenow yeah so uh so there is a five minutes of inactive uh offensive society so when you are inactive for five minutes and when you uh start this app then it will ask you to ask you to reset the password set up the password so that can be a thing that can be pin number or if your mobile device supports fingerprint then you can see the option uh option to enable that fingerprint maybe i don't have a fingerprint enabled mobile device maybe obviously cancer uh mobile stream uh where we have a fingerprint enabled so we'll just quickly show how to enable fingerprint on mobile device sure yeah give me a minute so as rajiv mentioned uh let me just share my start so rajiv i think you need to end sharing all right uh so let me show you yeah so as you can see on my screen am i sharing not not sure okay yeah all right as you can see in my screen there's a way to you know either enable the app pin using a six digit code or you see a thumb print so if you if you can if you want to set your app in i mean basically if you want to set your security settings through your biometrics so you can just enable it here the moment you enable it this will basically you know allow you to allow you to unlock with the fingerprint sensor and this option of unlock with the fingerprint sensor that you see on the screen that is only enabled or that can only be toggled if that property that rajiv talked about is set to true yes and keep in mind this is for android devices if you're on an apple device uh if you have a phrase recognition the only variation you'll see is unlock with fingerprint sensor you'll have unlock with biometrics and you know really it's just as as simple as changing a property in order to go ahead and enable this on your mobile configuration and this is great just with regards to uh ease of use um not having to remember yet another pin and more importantly when you have your hands full like we do uh on a consistent basis it's great to have uh the the face recognition as well as your sensor yeah absolutely so stop by sharing okay yeah lg here all right so that was related to [Music] biometric on mobile now we'll move to mobile campaign so we have uh three so mobile campaign is actually uh so campaign in general is actually a collection of uh various things it is related to community content it can actually have mobile content or also portal content and kudu content but in this in this session we are just going to talk about mobile content how to create a mobile campaign so basic purpose for mobile campaign is for example if you are trying to prevent your employee from creating more inquiry cases uh for example uh use case can be if you want your employees to sign up for health benefit uh or something you want to you know announce to all the employees then you can just create a mobile campaign mobile contained and whenever a user actually goes to the home page login logins to the app and then goes to the home page they can see a kind of banner content which i'll be showing you how to configure that very excited about so really looking forward to being able to share this with our community uh so there are two plugins uh that needs to which i have already enabled here for this demo so uh basic properties a basic uh plugin that needs to be enabled i just show you which which plugin is this so you can go to plugins table taking a really long time and while that screen's rendering rajiv you know for our community out there we're really excited about being able to provide um very targeted and personalized messages um i think that's you know one of the real powers of this feature um you know we could use it for providing updates and happy birthday um we can have targeted content with regards to upcoming promotions and information with regarding our latest features we are really going to be using it to get gather and gain your feedback with regards to your experience and how we can improve it um so really excited to see receive just how we're enabling this and then be able to demo exactly how we'll be using it into the future all right so uh we see this plugin right this plugin is already enabled and once that is activated you can in the navigation you can search for mobile content and once you click on this mobile content you can create a new mobile content and that new mobile contained can be of either the three types so they can be a banner type which is nothing but image it can be text card type where you can display some text message or it can be a video tag type this is like a you can render youtube video over your home screen uh that keeps like uh scrolling in the horizontal direction so i'll i'll quickly show you how to create all these three so i'll start with the mobile banner so we want to create for maybe for sign up for health benefit all right and this is the link which we can uh add here so this is the link of which if user clicks on that card this banner uh we have to redirect to some uh some url that url can be external url internal url uh so we can configure that here so let's say create a new link uh maybe i'll give name benefit link and the url i can choose any url for now let me just uh choose this uh series for demo purpose all right so and the type is just a link and you can provide these header text and text which are optional but it's good to provide what it is basically all right so there is a order field as well here so if you have multiple content you can configure in which order you want to show those content on mobile so i'll just keep the default value 100 here so i can save it so once i save it i have option to create schedule content here and then i can create i can create a one single content uh this is just for uh what audience we are targeting for so this audience is nothing but a set of users that we have in the company so uh we can create a new audience uh uh maybe let me create a new audience uh like let's say we want to create we want to show this banner only for all admin users right so then the rules will be admin then you see that there are 25 user with that criteria right and yeah so now this whatever campaign that i'm creating mobile content that will be visible to only this audience not other people and you can have approval lecture which means that once you create a content that everyone has to approve before that gets published to all the users these users and you can have started and end it so start date if you put like maybe i'll put it uh current date and end date if you do not put then it will keep running forever uh and so for now i'm keeping it for one week all right so i'll just submit this that's all you need to do so next time when users logs into the app are they uh yeah so they refresh the page uh this is what they'll see here uh the reason why we are not seeing anything is because we did not add any image here so let me select some image so banner type actually should contain some kind of image i'll just pick some random image with this one this image has to be some uh formatted so that it can appear properly in mobile all right so yeah so this is how it appears and uh since there is only one banner right now so you don't see this scrolling in uh horizontal direction if there are multiple uh multiple contained then those uh those banners or text those all contained keeps scrolling uh in the left right direction and we had configured this url as well right so once i click on this then i go to that url which we had configured earlier so this is regarding the banner one and i'll quickly show how to create the video and text engine before you move on one of the questions which we have from the audience is if you scroll within your mobile application and you go to your list view or excuse me on your my request one of the questions is why does the image show up with the line slash through it um any information you can provide in terms of sometimes when are the images are loaded versus when the images are not loaded just so they have an understanding of why that gap might exist on the my request to the left uh we are talking about this image now correct yeah so that image uh if that image is not present as a part of this service catalog so this is the kind of service catalog that we have and if image is not present uh since this is software strength we are not actually added image that's why this image is not coming up here okay so for folks out there in the community that are listening so if you do not have an image loaded um within your creation of service catalogs that's the default that is exposed in the card set [Music] um [Music] let's say this is related to uh text card and uh here we can provide the link uh so we'll use the same link for the purpose so i'll just use this servicenow product documentation url uh that is the url which uh user can click on that card to go to and this is just the header text that we see after after that card so and yeah one more thing is that we have two versions light version and dark version in the light version we see a black texture behind the white background in the dark mode we see white takes again the black background so you can choose the similar way you can create a contained uh signal content again you can add the audience here i'll choose the same admin user and uh the same started i will choose today uh this ended is optional uh you can um actually leave it the way it is and yeah that's also once we rephrase so once we consider it starts using this app and you can see there is a dot on the bottom of the card so uh so if you see this card will appear here join all hands this friday and uh just a small information regarding this dot if there are more than eight cards uh more than uh it contained here then our number will start appearing like one by nine or two by nine kind of thing uh but for till uh if we have less than eight cards or till eight cards then this dot will appear here so yeah so this is regarding the text type and i'll just quickly show you how to create a video type this is also pretty much the same thing so this would be like a video and here you can provide a link uh what should happen when user clicks on that video and this is the video url which we can create our own there is already one youtube video that's already created i'll just use that [Music] and all right a quick question um andrew asks is the content management plug-in a paid plugin the one which i used is a plate is a paid plugin and i think uh uh so there is a basic version as well which i'm not sure right now we can check the documentation on that uh but the one which i uh which i'm using that provides uh various uh many features like hr deliverable and other content as well so uh we can check the license of that uh maybe there is some um free version as well which i'm not sure right now we can uh take a look at that documentation the one which is using right now i'm using is the paid plan okay so the one that richie is currently using is a paid plugin um we will investigate with regards to additional content capabilities that are available for free and we'll be sure to go ahead and post that information once the youtube has been published a couple more questions how to how to get the mobile version like rajiv is doing right now and to test side by side yeah so this is a simulator uh we can uh guys with the simulator and there is android version as well which is android studio emulator so you can download xcode for simulator so there is a google site in that how to setup simulator in xcode and you can follow up some process on the apple website they can actually help you with uh downloading simulator in expo and uh there is uh uh there is one uh app version that is required to install in that we usually get that app version from internal team so for customers i'm not sure how they can get that app store uh so uh the place to uh playstore i think does not work in the simulator uh but it works in the android emulator the android emulator you can open the play store you can download now mobile app and you can connect to any instance that you have from servicenow and you can do further testing and all these things in the laptop itself all right so i'll uh i'll just save it and similarly i will create a schedule content for this as well right so the same audience i can have a different audience as well here maybe this time i'll select active users and i want to start this immediately and i want to last it for maybe uh this till this saturday [Music] that's all we need to do so once we refresh this so we'll see three content there uh i think i put order as the same that's just not scrolling so this is what the video is all about i can click on this to play in the full screen again [Music] so this will be in a full screen mode and i can click here to go to that documentation site which i had configured earlier so yeah so these are the uh three kinds of uh campaign mobile content so uh there is a way to create a campaign as well so so with this also we can create a campaign uh i'll just quickly show how it is done so this is a kind of advanced version where you can have a multiple schedule content and then each schedule content will contain uh similar content that we that i had created earlier so this is again the same content that we had created earlier but there is some scheduled job that runs after we create a campaign uh that is by default set it for every day every 24 hours once that's a deal job is completed then uh then that campaign will go live and there are some of the advantages of using this uh we can see uh who are who all actually view those campaign right campaign targets we can define uh so we can so we can have a kind of analytic situation on this how many people click on this how many people actually viewed our campaign so everything we can have is a part of this campaign and yeah so that's pretty much about this campaign any questions one question coming from the community is scheduled content is that mandatory is it mandatory to schedule content after the creation of the campaign or the mobile campaign content uh so uh so once we create uh if if we are creating a mobile content then schedule continuity is mandating for example uh here i created mobile content so this schedule content is mandatory but if you are creating via campaign then the entry will get created here uh then seduction is not required so campaign content will be created which will again have this the same content that we have been there for so the same content will also come here all right and if you don't mind review i'm actually gonna display from my phone oh if you know one real quick if i can share one thing i also want to highlight which because i think that this is a great feature um from our new campaigning is not only can we now publish within videos um here you can see actually our upcoming release 2.0 and some of the campaigns which we are going to be driving specifically with regards to requesting feedback with regards to the experience as well as new features that our community is interested in us implementing on our now mobile solution but also you can navigate strictly within that within in-app so i know that you discuss with regards to you can post videos you can link to outside web links a lot of the capabilities which we're going to be focusing on is keeping the user within the application experience itself so you can actually navigate to different areas and sections uh within your own configuration here as we mentioned we're really interested in gathering the feedback from our community just by clicking uh the campaign you'll be directed to our micro app feedback experience you know how has your experience with the now support mobile application provide some comments if you are interested in getting a response to your feedback all that can be done directly in app and then also we have it if you're interested in engaging directly with us in the product team as being part of our customer advisory board we also are have integrated a direct link into our service catalog within the application so just want to pass that on rajiv this is another configuration that the engineering team has put together i love it always keeps the user in the native app experience and just is you know yet another one of the great features um available within paris for our uh mobile content so just wanted to share that and so folks that are listening um next time you log into the now support mobile application you will see uh how we are beginning to utilize and implement uh the content we're really focused on personalization so as you know rajiv was was providing insights to we'll now be able to direct communications as we are really embarking on role-based experiences and role-based information as well as you know the various learnings and youtube videos that we'll be publishing um to help you on your mobile journey and your overall service now journey so just really excited um and you know rajiv thanks for for covering that piece so i will pass it back to you um so you can go ahead and discuss the next capability yeah sure maybe yeah i'll start saving them so the third thing that uh is can you see my screen okay yes and while you're showing that there's another question um from the audience and that is if we won't schedule content then will the content appear to everyone and every time or the content will not be visible to anyone that will keep appearing every time so there is a different kind of campaign if you want the user to not appear uh for example so there are like four types of uh campaign community contained mobile content portal content and to-do content so uh and those contained while creating you can have option of condition so based on that condition like for example if somebody is joining on next day then you can put a condition saying that after uh once the user joins then only that content should be visible so that kind of uh features are there in advance awesome and another question that was raised and that is from the audience is there a way to track daily users in now mobile and now agent and yes there are um there it we have our app c analytics which i believe was deployed as part of our orlando release rasheed can you keep me honest here was that orlando yes i think it was there in uh orlando yeah i think i did not exactly remember it was there in orlando and now the portal it came in paris we have uh for portal israel yes so okay thanks for keeping me on i said it was our orlando release um when we deployed abc analytics and within that you have no shortage of new analytics capabilities that you can track um with regards to your usage of now mobile now agent and the now mobile platform i mean as we mentioned uh within paris we were deploying apps against our service portal technology and within that um all the various analytics event tracking that you uh would look uh to help um measure adoption as well as the success of your implementation um is was is available as of our orlando release for mobile yeah all right so now the third thing that uh we'll talk about uh how to enable virtual agent and mobile so enabling virtualization in general uh can be covered as a part of differentiation so for example if in your instance the virtual legends are already enabled then you can enable virtualization the same virtualization and mobile as well so i'll just quickly show you how to do that all right so uh let's say we want to enable virtualization on this screen uh so so basically uh in general you know like this mobile uh screens are maintained character order so this is our now mobile so generally i go to navigation bar i go to this now mobile this now mobile has now these call tab home screen services information notification and sitting so they are in particular order here if you see on the right side so in the same order it will show you here home screen service information notification and sitting you can create new tab you can delete this tab or you can update this order based on your use case so for home screen i'm going to display chatbot that is virtual agent so in the home screen we have a update launcher here so i go to that update launcher and in that applet launcher we have home page we have a search functionality uh header function is like hello so this is the header you have user profile there you have search configuration here so these are the uh editor profile thing and if you go to the body section so it has a three section here that is one is for mobile contain the other is for my to-do's the third one is for my request that is in particular order that i have mentioned here and the virtual agent can appear there as a part of projection menu maps so here i can click here and then i already have a button created for for our chatbot so if you want you can create a new button new virtualization chatbot and you can use uh all sort of like functionality like there are different types of function we can use the chatbot for instance so i'll not go into detail for that so you if you already have a chat bot then you can select that chatbot from here and then this chat i'll just save it [Music] so the section that rajiv just showed that section is pretty much for any kind of quick action that you require it's mostly like a floating button that appears on the screen sometimes uh you can have like actions to make a quick call or you know launch the virtual agent that tragic is going to show right now [Music] now do the buttons there it's just in the right hand corner okay yeah so for android version we have uh this chat bot on the bottom side that's right yeah so we can click on that chat bot and then it will start uh this virtual agent on our mobile so you can click here to so all the topics that you have configured for your virtual agent so maybe i can click on this secretive status and it will just show me uh what are the requests that i have i can click on that item particular item that i had requested for and it can show is a part of card and then i can provide some comments from here so that comment will be updated as a part of that request particular request and i can either start a new conversation i can close this and yeah so in this particular in this screen that chatbot is activated if you want to enable chatbot in every screen then the way i showed or you have to go to service tab then you have to go to effect launcher then you have to configure this chatbot in the body section of this particular section so in that way uh i think we have covered all these three topics uh any questions so coming i'm not seeing any additional questions coming in from q a um just yet um you know i i think it's just great you know i'm going to reach you in amaze check you have both been working with the platform um you know for four to five years um you know just seeing kind of the ease of use with with regards to configuration enabling three features and a little less than 30 minutes and be able to see that in real time um really exciting um anything else you don't like to share with regards to your own journey with the platform um and you know the maturity of of our now mobile solution um that we're about to deliver out to our customer base sure up so um one of the things that you know which i have observed you know being in this company for about close to five years now maybe more than five years now is uh while you know focus we are very entirely focused on solving a lot of customer problems we are also trying to make sure that you know customers are easily able to you know solve the use cases that they want to and and that just you know that that not only means for us you know create applications but also to enable customers in creating you know simple applications you know enabling them you know do simple things by uh or you know enable them enable them in enabling features uh by you know enabling by simple properties or not toggling a button here you know writing a configuration there and so on so so while we are you know focused on uh many of the features and functionality we also care about you know what our customers have to say to us and that's you know in the simplicity yeah really excited and that's why um for you know our listeners out there if you're using our now support mobile application um you know providing feedback seeing whatever features um we can either build within our now support mobile experience how we can help influence your own journey any assistance that we can help and provide you on your way and your utilization of our platform we are always here always ready that we also have another question coming in from the audience and that is can we have different banners for different departments and then go to different areas like tiles for hr it etc uh yeah if uh so uh to answer that if users uh uh so when you are creating audience if you have option to configure uh based on uh user profile then you can create a banner for that particular profile so as i was showing the audience maybe i'll say that again so uh so in that mobile content for example this is the banner that i had created and then once you look at this scenario content so here you have audience for example let's say you want to have audience here uh hr then you can create a new audience here and let's say this is uh for hr and so there might be some criteria to define the hr maybe department right or something there might be something like uh unless if that data is set up yeah it seems it is there so then in that case as you can see that is many users are hr in my company and then i can submit that then this particular uh banner will appear only for hr and [Music] it's really just a tremendous amount of flexibility within the platform for this feature and this is just one of the the many features that we'll be uh looking to deliver within um an implement according to our paris release you know within our now support mobile application really going to be exploring our utilization of platform analytics some of the server-side capabilities which we'll be deploying across our data sets and really just kind of expanding on our own journey for our customers really moving from a feature specific to object object specific designs and now as avishek uh mentioned really focus on uh full end-to-end experiences as well as micro applications that we'll be deploying into our new release 2.0 ux for now support mobile so you know very interested once again as we continue to mention your feedback uh as well as you know we will be producing uh new experiences on a monthly basis for the remainder of the year we're focused on our new homepage experience which we're going to continue to add on through the remainder of the year we are reimagining our case management experience now a user will interact with our now support mobile application for engagement with global technical support um as rajiv covered you know our utilization of virtual agent and service catalog really expanding on our overall automation capabilities that we have within the now support mobile application really focused as your digital help kiosk available with you wherever you are and where we go so you know really looking at kind of sharing with our users not only uh what we were building for them but also how we're building it and if folks are interested within this series we'll also likely be covering how we're going about our design um in our kind of designed paradigm with regards to building out our now support digital ecosystem i think a lot of what you're seeing here with some of these capabilities is you know our omni-channel eco system that we're going to build out for now support kind of our seamless integration between our service portal experience and our digital online experience versus your mobile experience where you stop and start you can pick up regardless of your location regardless of your device um so really looking at being able to share that with our community moving forward as well as any questions that our community has with regards to you know how we're doing things and how we might influence your own journey with our servicenow platform and technology so anything else i have a check or retrieve you'd like to share with with the listeners out there i would actually encourage everyone to know download the app maybe request for an instance and then play around with it there are a lot of capabilities that we cannot you know show just because the time does not permit it but uh there the the mobile the now while app itself is quite powerful in itself and if you have a clear vision about what you want to do with it you can pretty much do you know what you want so i would really encourage you guys to take a look at the capabilities read the documentation and then of course we are there to help you guys if you need anything all right one additional question we have is these plugins are not available on purse personal instances right is there a way i can do hands-on of mobile app from my personal instance so a personal instance as in the one that's available through developer portal i assume that's what you're talking about um so so i i believe there's a way to you know activate these plugins on those but i'm not entirely sure you know what level or what type of subscription you might need to enable those um we have our employee instances that you know kind of have these plugins available to us by default we of course don't have to pay for them but uh we can check about this and maybe get back to you yeah definitely we can check on that because i know that there are plugins that i explore um and one that i'm very excited that we'll be leveraging internally which is our agile 2.0 i'm super excited for having checked and received the implementation of agile 2.0 from our mobile device um as well as our project management having that available um from our now support mobile application it's going to be a tremendous value add for our internal um implementation but yeah we can confirm with regards to you know if there's anything that we have discussed today that are not available on our personal instances but also any questions you know please raise within either the now community as well as our developer portal um we can be sure to get the the correct information to you yeah all right regina any additional comments you'd like to share with your community uh good job so just wanted to focus on the fact that uh
