thanks for joining us today setting the stage for this persona targeted demonstration will take you through the user experience your vendor supplier contacts can look forward to and how it can increase their efficiency and improve response times when completing assessments and document requests as well as when responding to issues that arise when your vendor supplier contact is made aware of an assessment to be completed servicenow's built-in cloud-based and access controlled vendor assessment portal is their first and only stop let's get started upon logging in as a vendor or supplier contact i'm able to view a summary of assessments issues and tasks by our company hierarchy and specific engagements i can assign team members to the appropriate company or engagement record as needed thus improving our efficiency by engaging the right resources to assist in the completion of assessments issues and tasks moreover instead of reaching out to our point of contact within the company the customer side to create user accounts for additional team members that need access to the portal i can simply navigate to the manage team page and complete an invite contact form to have the servicenow system auto-generate their user account and login this self-service account management experience has also greatly improved our ability to respond to and resolve issues that arise back in the assessment summary page clicking into our company name takes me into a list of all our assessments along with their respective status these assessments are organized packages of questionnaires and document requests let's take a look at one of the assessments assigned to us and its contents it appears we have five questionnaires and two document requests to be completed as part of this assessment package from this view i can easily assign specific team members to a questionnaire or document requests get a sense of overall progress for each deliverable and quickly respond to any assigned issues or tasks with the vendor assessment portals easy to navigate user interface it is a breeze to enter in my my responses for each question i prefer this experience over the typical confusing spreadsheets we're given not only that it's easy for me to send across specific questions notes or comments i might have rather than reaching out over email or making a phone call lastly i can save along the way and return to this later fast forward when we're confident with the responses and ready to submit the assessment for review i simply click on the submit assessment button in a different scenario if for some reason our questionnaire or document submission were rejected we know right away and can swiftly work to resolve any issues before resubmitting through the servicenow vendor assessment portals intuitive and easy to navigate interface my team and i have experienced more efficiency in how we respond to assessments and as a result have seen a considerable decrease in our overall response times on behalf of the servicenow team thank you for viewing this video and we hope you found it informative to learn more visit our website at www.servicenow.com
