Q: For notification links is there a way to have a single link direct to the web platform if clicked from desktop or to open the Now/Agent app if the link in the notification is clicked from a mobile phone?

Q: Are there plans to extend deep link in future releases?

A: There are no plans to extend deep link feature but I’ve seen this request before. We encourage customers to submit enhancement request in our idea portal.

Q: IE - require deep links to be generated for the notifications but if they are opened in a desktop browser the could just open the record if the link was for a form screen (since the form deep link has the sys_id of the record)

A: A URL is able to map to the correct path in Classic because it web while Agent/Now is native.

Q: How do you display your iPhone in real time on your desktop?
