[Music] you don't feel like it's a huge corporate burden company but you also don't feel like it's a crazy fast startup you just feel people's commitment to the value to making good products and just being authentic people there is kind of that speed of trust and you know if you can really understand where you want to go in terms of your career and articulate that there's a space for you to grow and develop what keeps me coming back every day is that people here want to be here they want the company to succeed they want to see our customers succeed they want to see this company change the world and there's really no better feeling than that i joined from 100 people company and now it is thousand i still feel the same the culture has not changed your flexibility to innovate has not changed while the company is growing which does not happen to most of the large companies that you join in so while we have processes we have maintained that freshness that acceptance of new ideas so that is what i think is the best part of being here being able to go to a company like servicenow that's growing so large and it's on the top of the fastest growing companies you can be yourself and if you want to have tattoos you can have tattoos and you can show them and if you want to grow big grizzly beer that makes you look like a biker you can do that [Music] you
