hi this is a demo of the also requested for feature that's going to be introduced with service catalog in paris so we've already seen how the requested four variable type works allowing you to request the item on behalf of somebody else now also requested fall is an extension to that which allows the same item to be requested for multiple people so we are back to our parking sticker request and as of now as you can see i can request this item for alison who's a member of the imperial beach office now there may be other members in the imperial beach office who require this sticker as well so i can easily click on the option here and select other employees from that office for example every column maybe conrad as well so you know the system is allowing me to select them because they do have access to this item now the moment i select users who do not have access uh to this item who are in this case who are not members of the imperial beach office i start getting a feedback from the system that these individuals do not have access to this specific item so for the sake of the demo i will probably remove these users again i can go with the company leased vehicle and upload my driver's license which is also a new feature in paris and i let's let's submit this request for the four of these users so once i submit them there's actually going to be now only a single request which is created uh the request itself is being requested for system administrator because he is the originator of this request but the individual requested items are being requested for the individual people that we had selected now this experience today is only available in service portal now how did we do that it is simply an extension of the reference uh the requested for variable type so basically a new option for this variable type um is available where i can select whether this item can be requested for multiple people and also there's a role setting to ensure that only certain people can request for multiple people um you know this is specifically so that you know the requests are not misused uh typically fulfillers or managers or people of that order can select can request for multiple people that's it thank you
