Hands on demo: key Now Assist capabilities

If you're relatively new to understanding the capabilities of Now Assist, or you just haven't had an opportunity to see it in action, check out this video.

 

I recorded it with my friends at ServiceNow partner N2 Help & Solutions and during the webinar we dive into the platform to demonstrate some key Now Assist capabilities:

  • Incident summerization (a new feature within SecOps in the Xanadu release)
  • Automated chat reply generation, resolution note creation and case closure note generation (seen through the lens of a customer support agent working in the CSM module)
  • Text-to-code script generation
  • Application creation using natural language prompting
