[Music] so servicenow made it very easy to have a start to finish product that enabled us to put together and plan better what our strategy is going to be for implementation how we're going to implement that what is going to be our goal and our end results and how quickly that we can get that done so what the time frame is that we're looking at to get that from so our project plans we were able to quickly put together using the smart launch application and get that pushed out in a time frame that worked for our business and be able to communicate to our upper management team in our c-level team what what it all it tells and how we're going to take care of getting so crossfuse came with us as a partner walked alongside us through the entire process the entire steps they were great hands-on they were available for any questions that we had and then just walking with us step by step through the process making sure that we had everything we need making sure that we were prepared for what we were about to get into and then as we were going through the process any questions that we had any concerns we had or any changes that we needed to make they were there to advise us and consult with us to ensure that this was the best possible decisions that we were making for our company crossfield had a tremendous value to our company so we were needing to come up with an instance as quickly as possible in a really short time frame and through everyone that we looked at crossfuse was the best best company for us to work alongside with they were strategic in how we were able to roll out what we need to roll out help us to walk through what we need to walk through and they were incredible on providing the training to us to administer our own servicenow instance and then work with us to tweak and fine-tune things that we needed to customize the instance for us for our needs our goals and where we wanted to take service now so the next two to three years our goal is to become more automated um servicenow already is creating um more efficiency for my team more efficiency across the board so what we're looking at doing in the next two to three years is automating with orchestration a lot of the processes and a lot of the things that we have already in play so that we can reduce inconsistencies within all of the teams that we can increase efficiency increase customer satisfaction everything we need to do to make our company align more with our strategic goals overall for our company our core values additionally we're looking at other products that we can bring in that will assist the company in other areas such as customer service and other applications that would work with us we're also looking at more expensiveness on tracking systems and tracking software and doing tracking better change controls within our organization and we firmly believe that servicenow is where we're going to be able to hit those goals so smart launch allowed us to go step by step through the process of setting up an instance and it enabled us to be able to have those step-by-step instructions so that we can go through each individual module from start to finish from the basic setup to the more advanced setups and within the time frame that we needed so our turnaround time was four weeks we were able to get everything executed within four weeks if smart launch was set up in such a perfect way that it created those steps for us that we had we didn't need the interaction of cross views but we still had them when we needed them [Music] my experience with smart launch not only met my expectations but exceeded my expectations it was set up in such a way that it allowed us to not only be either on schedule but at times ahead of schedule by days so having that of that ability to go in and do a lot of processes on my own and having the step-by-step instructions to do it enabled me to to go beyond what we expected smart launch to do and be able to put our system in place faster i would wholeheartedly recommend smart launch um if if you're a customer that's looking at the service now and you don't have that much experience in servicenow it was a value for us not to have to go out and hire somebody to build our instance for us it enabled my team and i to do things on our own giving us a significant cost savings but also teaching us along the way of the basic needs and the basic as a service now which enabled us to be a lot more into the application and a lot more invested with our time and our energy and our knowledge so that we're up and running faster but not only are we up and running faster we're able to in the future continue the work without having to worry about needing additional help on the side and crossfield's enabled us to do this and to learn the abilities which is an incredible value to any [Music] company [Music] you
